Support Helplines

There are lots of places in the UK to get help with your mental health (and related issues). While these services are not specifically about BPD, they can offer some advice and support when you need it most. You are not alone.

Samaritans

Samaritans are open 24/7, 365 days per year, for anyone who needs to talk. Their trained volunteers can listen to you, without judgement. Some areas have drop-in centres where you can talk face-to-face.
Samaritans also have a Welsh Language Line on 0808 164 0123 (7pm–11pm every day).

Sane Line

They work with anyone affected by mental illness, including families, friends and carers. Their helpline is open between 4:40pm and 10pm every day of the year. They also provide a free text-based support service called Textcare.  And an online supportive forum community, where anyone can share their experiences of mental health issues.
